Common Conditions I Help Support
Explore the health concerns I commonly work with and the different areas we may need to investigate.
The people I work with often come to me with symptoms that are affecting their energy, sleep, concentration, digestion or overall wellbeing. These are some of the health concerns I commonly work with, taking the time to understand the individual factors that may be contributing to each person’s health picture.
Anxiety and PTSD Recovery Support
Nutrition can be an important part of a broader approach to supporting health and recovery for people living with anxiety, PTSD or ongoing symptoms following traumatic experiences.
Nutrition doesn’t replace psychological or medical care, however nutritional status, sleep, energy, blood sugar regulation and overall health can all be an important part of supporting recovery. I work collaboratively with clients, and where appropriate, their wider healthcare team, to assess their nutritional needs and develop personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

A little about how I work
Many of the people I work with have spent years looking after everyone else while their own health has gradually slipped down the priority list. They know they don't feel like themselves anymore, but they don't always know why. My role is to help you make sense of the bigger picture and work with you to identify the different factors that may be contribution to your symptoms and ways to address them.
